Each session lasts about one hour. We recommend attending twice a week for the best results and consistency.
Group classes are held twice a week:
- Wednesdays at 6:00 PM
- Saturdays at 9:00 AM
We train outdoors in Johnson City, TN, near West Walnut Street. The exact meeting point will be provided after sign-up.
Group class enrollment is a one-time fee of $1,000. This covers all sessions and guidance throughout the program.
